Every night on TV I hear “anti-aging”, it’s like “stay young” product “of aging. What does “anti-aging” really mean? I want, dude, it’s better than the alternative, which is death. I can honestly say, I don’t want to be young again, not today. It would be too hard.
I loved growing up in the 50-s and 60-ies seemed like in the middle, somewhere between pencils and computers.
Yeah, I thought about this a lot, and I am 10 a very solid way that I think (no scientific evidence here previously) that you can stop listening to all this propaganda, the age and begin to improve your life and life more enjoyable. I mean, I’m not happy to be still here?
I assume you’re about 60 or will not read this article, probably, so let us start now to change your life.
If you are already doing some of these things, congratulations, check it from the list.
#1 get a pet. Really, what that animal needs to be in your life so exciting it illegal. They can make you laugh, make you cry, and encourage all types of healthy endorphins when touched. If you don’t have a dog or a cat, most likely, there are other alternatives. You think about it. It would not be pleasant to share their space with something that you love unconditionally?
#2 to Plant. Not all fantasy. I have a small African Violet next to the sink. Honestly, I can only see her about twice a month, only time in the water, but that my efforts would be rewarded with flowers from time to time and look so pathetic website, this is a small plant to repay me with such beauty. That’s life, isn’t it? Someone is trying to get our attention. I can only recommend orchids, I have several of them on the porch and your flowers are gorgeous, and over the past few weeks. They also require very little care.
#3 & #4 on the street Are Consciously and with the beauty of nature. I mostly work alone, which makes it easy to be quiet and observe the beauty of nature. If you live not familiar with the concept of mindfulness, it is at the moment and to be attentive. Try it, it will change your life.
#5 meet with Happy people. You will find happy people almost everywhere, even in the supermarket. To walk around the island until you find someone to talk and laugh and just enjoy the moment. They don’t always have a direct receiver of the event to soak up the aura of the moment. Caution: Try to avoid, and forecasters and people who are always negative. Especially those who complain of age! Ugh!
Learn #6 to Meditate. OK, I know what you’re thinking, but until you’ve tried it, you can’t know what will make the difference in your life. So you just have to try, there are many mp3 meditations online. You have your own space, at the same time every day, and to sit back, relax and listen. It starts with the production of such a calmness in your life that you will be dependent. It is not only good for your mind but for your body, especially if you have high blood pressure. Try…
To invent a #7 a new marriage. If you are not married, any new relationship that you need to figure out. It seems that we find ourselves in a rut with each other, take each other for granted, and forget to remind you, that play an important part in our lives. Do not skip this step! They are doing something extraordinary to do something extraordinary, that person Knows that they are a special part of my life. To do now one thing, every week, for the person. What feels good once, it can be repeated, and each time he felt it exponentially.
#8 Develop your passion and Share it. I think we all have a passion for something. If you haven’t found it, keep looking. If you know what it is, go for it! It’s 2016, and now look around you. We are not our grandparents. We are still young. Even at 67, I feel like I’m just getting started. I worked for someone else all my life, even 49 years. It is long enough. I invented themselves anew, and you can also. Find your passion and share with the world. The world is still waiting for you. Not disappoint.
#9 To Change His Mind. If you have any bad or harmful habits it’s never too late to change or eliminate. Help is everywhere, you deserve to live a happy and healthy life. Make the most of this precious life. No further yourself in danger.
#10 Share Your Smile. It’s not easy, I don’t know why everybody doesn’t. We are all together, we have good days and we have bad days. If someone does not have the smile that you need to sell. They don’t give a smile, even if you do not answer, it is again OK. You will know yours to remember if you needed him the most.
